Job summary

Primary work is in the field, with a company fleet vehicle provided for 80% of duties and occasional office travel for meetings and training. Expect travel up to 50% and catastrophe duty up to 75% as applicable. Compensation ranges from $57,000 to $94,000 annually, with relocation support for eligible

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or service.
• Experience handling 1st and 3rd party, multi-line claims across territories.
• Experience handling moderately complex claims.
• Solid knowledge of casualty coverages and claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting relevant parties.
• Handles both 1st and 3rd party claims under multiple policy types.
• Conducts on-site inspections and negotiates with insureds and attorneys.
• Responds to inquiries and closes files; communicates status to all parties.
• Interprets policies and applies coverages to assigned losses.
• Travel may be required for meetings and field engagements.
