As part of the Field Property Claims Team, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by using your investigative, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to resolve homeowner claims in a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment. Your responsibilities will include traveling to loss sites to conduct thorough investigations, analyzing coverage, and preparing repair estimates. Each day presents new challenges as you utilize advanced homeowner products and services to assist customers through the claims process.
The Field Property Claims Adjuster will primarily serve insured homes within the Charlotte, NC (28215) area. Candidates should reside nearby to succeed in this role.
Training for this position includes approximately 5 months, with up to 2 weeks of in-person sessions.
This role is eligible for a company car if mileage requirements are met. Additional details will be provided upon progressing to the recruiter stage.
We offer a Sign-On Bonus for experienced, licensed new hires. Bonus amounts vary based on experience and license validation.
