Location: Remote (must reside in Philadelphia, PA)

Our Field Property Claims Adjusters will:

• Investigate property damage at policyholders’ homes
• Use claims software, company car, and laptop to assess damages and write estimates
• Represent the company professionally and negotiate settlements with policyholders
• Travel for mini CAT duties if required

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Interest in insurance policies and property damage assessment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks

Job Summary: Investigate claims, determine liability, confirm coverage, establish damages, and negotiate settlements. Maintain necessary licenses.

Essential Functions: Conduct investigations, inspect damages, estimate repair costs, report on subrogation, and represent the company professionally. Travel may be required for catastrophe responses.

Physical and Environmental Requirements: Fieldwork in various conditions, handling physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and climbing. Work environment includes both climate-controlled offices and outdoor conditions.
