You will travel to customer locations and handle virtual claims using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, with a focus on water-loss cases. Strong communication and negotiation skills help you deliver fair, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections and investigations.
• Prepare estimates and settle claims promptly and fairly.
• Handle virtual claims countrywide using ClaimsX Video Collaboration and other platforms.
• Explain coverage and options clearly to customers and vendors.
• Document claims activity accurately in the system and maintain records.
