Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to customers' homes and inspect property damage.
• 2–3 years experience as outside adjuster is highly desired.
• Residency within the greater Columbia, SC area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to inspect and estimate property damage.
• Investigate coverage and settle claims promptly.
• Handle virtual claims countrywide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or video chat to guide them through the claims process.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants in line with policy and legal standards.
• Document all claim actions accurately in the claims system.
