Job summary

Allstate Foundation is seeking a Field Property Adjuster to travel to customers' homes, conduct on-site inspections, investigate coverage, and prepare estimates. You will also handle virtual claims countrywide using Xactimate and ClaimsXVideo Collaboration, with a strong focus on water losses to ensure fast, fair settlements.

Qualifications

• Experience as an outside adjuster is highly desired.
• Proficiency in using Xactimate and other relevant software for estimating.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel to customers' homes and handle virtual claims countrywide.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections and settle claims.
• Investigate coverage and prepare estimates for losses, focusing on water losses.
• Handle virtual claims countrywide using platform tools such as Xactimate and ClaimsXVideo Collaboration.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and third parties in accordance with legal and business standards.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in claims systems.
