Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Field Property Adjuster who travels to customers' homes to inspect properties, assess coverage, and prepare estimates for claims.

You will also handle virtual claims countrywide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, with a focus on accurate damage assessment and prompt settlements. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to customers' homes and perform on-site inspections.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and related estimating software.
• Strong critical thinking to assess damages and expedite settlements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Residency in/near Philadelphia, PA area.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Must complete 2 weeks of training in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes to conduct on-site inspections and investigate coverage.
• Prepare estimates and settle claims promptly and efficiently.
• Manage virtual claims nationwide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Communicate clearly with policyholders to provide fast, fair service.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party carriers as needed.
