Job summary

Allstate seeks a Field Property Adjuster to inspect homes, assess damages, and settle claims efficiently. You will travel to customers’ homes and also manage virtual claims nationwide using Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration, focusing on water losses.

You will communicate clearly, negotiate settlements, and document all steps in the claims system while upholding Allstate’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Two to three years outside adjuster experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and related claims software.
• Strong critical thinking and technical skills for damage assessment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes for on-site inspections and claim settlement.
• Investigate coverage and prepare estimates; settle claims promptly.
• Handle virtual claims countrywide using multiple platforms.
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, and video.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and third parties.
