Job summary

Plum Gas Solutions is seeking a Project Supervisor to provide on-site operational and technical support for natural gas equipment on large industrial projects. You will stage equipment, perform mechanical repairs, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the first point of contact for on-site technical assistance to ensure proper commissioning and operation of equipment.

Extensive travel is required; up to 70% regionally, with an average of 20 days a month on-site.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working with natural gas equipment.
• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or in a related role on large industrial sites.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in engineering technology a plus.
• Safety certifications and on-site training will be provided on hire (Safe Land, H2S, CPR/First Aid, Handling Hazardous Materials).

Responsibilities

• Provide field technical service and customer support including setup, mobilization, and maintenance of natural gas equipment.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and site supervisors; manage updates and change orders.
• Track delivery timelines and installation dates; communicate with customers and internal teams.
• Perform equipment checks and preventative maintenance on natural gas equipment.
• Monitor equipment using SCADA telemetry to identify performance issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with the operations and support team.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and detailed time sheets for accurate billing.
• Document service reports, parts usage, and equipment records.
