Qualifications

• Experience in construction, building materials, or a related industry (Ready-mix a plus!)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Comfortable working in the field (jobsites, customer locations, plant)
• Ability to read plans/specs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and project teams across your territory
• Identify project opportunities and drive repeat business within the Charlotte market
• Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals for ready-mix concrete projects
• Coordinate with dispatch, plant operations, and quality control to ensure projects run smoothly
• Stay connected to active jobsites by anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping customers informed
• Provide guidance on product application, scheduling, and mix design
• Track project activity and maintain visibility into your pipeline
