Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years supervisory experience in field crews.

• Knowledge of ANSI/OSHA standards and tree care operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading circuit maps and basic electrical concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervises General Forepersons and crews, enforcing safety, quality and productivity.
• Administers hiring, performance evaluations, and HR coordination with policy.
• Maintains records, reports, and communications with customers and utilities.
• Trains staff, conducts safety meetings, and supports accident investigations.
