Job summary

Wright Tree Service is seeking a Project Manager (Full-Time) to supervise a team of forepersons and crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient production. You will manage HR-related processes, train staff, and maintain records while communicating with customers and utilities.

The role requires 4–5 years of crew leadership, ANSI and OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. ISA and herbicide certifications are preferred; CDL and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience leading tree trimming or clearing crews.
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133.1-2000 standards.
• Understanding of OSHA rules and guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• ISA Certification and herbicide certification/licenses where required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of General Forepersons and crews, enforcing safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on hiring, discipline, leaves, and new hire procedures.
• Train and coach employees; conduct safety training and tailgate sessions.
• Maintain daily production records and prepare reports on orders, units, and crew time.
• Liaise with customers, property owners, and utilities; ensure professional communication.
