Job summary

Innovative Construction Solutions (ICS) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, execute, and close complex environmental construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the main client liaison to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

You will lead a small, tight-knit team, monitor cost reporting and change orders, and drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Geology or related field desirable.
• Minimum five (5) years of direct experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Review project scope, budget, and best practices for project execution and management; identify dependencies and critical path.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage expectations with transparent communication.
• Own project cost tracking, forecasting, monthly cost reporting, and variance analysis; prepare change orders for out-of-scope work.
• Review and approve subcontractor requisitions for payment through project closeout.
• Coach and supervise project team members and subcontractors; ensure accountability and collaboration.
