Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC seeks a Project Manager – Critical Infrastructure to lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical construction projects within the United States. You will own project execution, financial performance, schedule adherence, change management, and client coordination with field teams, subs, vendors and internal support.

The role requires independence, strong risk management, and adherence to safety and quality standards while protecting margin and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience may be considered.
• Experience in mission-critical, hyperscale, or technically complex environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver assigned projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure work meets contract docs, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
