You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and ensure quality deliverables in alignment with client goals. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and strong client relationships, with responsibility for developing project plans, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring construction documentation adheres to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (AEC) and minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
• Proven project management experience and leadership abilities to guide teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for building structural projects with full scope ownership.
• Develop Project Management Plans with objectives, schedules, budgets, quality standards.
• Support proposal development and business development efforts.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Lead structural design for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
