Job summary

Chase Doors is seeking an experienced Project Manager with construction or data center installation background to join our Salt Lake City team onsite. The role coordinates installation schedules, partners with general contractors, and serves as the primary contact for customer support inquiries including warranty and technical assistance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and drives timely follow-up and resolution ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Project Coordination, Customer Service, or a related client-facing role
• 1 year of Site Service Installer experience with the company qualifies
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in data centers, commercial construction, or equipment installation is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer installation schedules.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and timelines with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and gather documentation for submittals and respond to related inquiries.
• Respond promptly to warranty and technical support requests.
• Investigate and resolve product or service issues by identifying root cause and optimal solution.
• Take ownership of issues and ensure timely follow-up through to resolution.
• Document all communications, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other departments.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• All other duties as assigned.
