Job summary

Senneca in Salt Lake City, UT seeks an experienced Project Manager with construction or data center installation experience to coordinate onsite installation schedules and liaise with stakeholders. You will be the primary contact for customers and field teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution ownership.

The role requires coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Dealers/Installers, and Customers, and entails up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project coordination or related client-facing role
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in data centers, commercial construction, or equipment installation preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings or technical documents; CAD familiarity preferred
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Infor, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD tools familiarity

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules on construction sites with contractors
• Communicate with Operations, Engineering, Dealers/Installers, and Customers
• Respond to warranty and technical support inquiries
• Document communications, resolutions, and follow-ups
• Travel up to 50%
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales as needed
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
