Job summary

Eliason Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager with construction or data center installation expertise for our Salt Lake City, UT team. This onsite role coordinates installation schedules with general contractors and serves as the main contact for customers, including warranty and technical support inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction environments, data center builds, or equipment installation projects and be comfortable traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination or customer service in construction or data center settings.
• Experience reading construction drawings or CAD familiarity is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer installation schedules.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare documentation for submittals and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to warranty and technical support requests in a timely manner.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine efficient solutions.
• Take ownership and ensure follow-up through resolution.
• Document all communications and actions for traceability.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales and other departments.
