Job summary

Diakon Logistics is hiring a Field Project Manager to oversee large-scale, multi-family appliance installation projects. The role acts as the liaison between builders, on-site crews, and clients, driving direction and accountability with the onsite team. Travel to job sites across the Eastern U.S.

is required. You will inspect installs, communicate issues to builders, and deliver client-facing reports while maintaining documentation and inventory of parts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Natural mentor who can coach field crews onsite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and coordinate across the Eastern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project lifecycle from pre-site walkthroughs to punch lists.
• Inspect installs on site and interface with builder foremen/supervisors.
• Deliver weekly project reports to clients.
