Job summary

Diakon Logistics is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee large-scale, multi-family appliance installation projects from Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, builders, and clients, traveling to job sites across the Eastern U.S. to ensure on-time, quality installs and clear client communication.

You will mentor on-site crews, manage documentation and reports, and help develop client relationships while upholding safety and quality standards in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with clients, builders, and teams.
• Disciplined documentation habits and comfortable with client-facing reports.
• Natural mentor able to coach on-site crews.
• Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks per month across the Eastern U.S.
• Lives in Charlotte, NC, metro area within commuting distance to the airport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project lifecycle from pre-site walkthroughs to punch lists.
• Inspect installs and address issues with site foremen/supervisors.
• Deliver weekly project reports to clients.
• Coordinate with installation crews and review upcoming projects.
• Document installs in client-facing reports application.
• Help track and inventory parts and manage on-site documentation.
• Coach on-site crews and assist in crew readiness.
• Identify and help develop new client relationships.
• Travel up to 75%.
