Job summary

Next Level Technician is hiring a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead structured cabling and systems integration in the Memphis, TN area. The role focuses on client communication, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision to ensure quality results.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate vendors, and maintain project documentation while advancing through BICSI-certified training. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in low voltage or related field.
• Industry certifications (BICSI, PMP or manufacturer certifications a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Low Voltage Project Manager – Structured Cabling & Systems Integration | Memphis, TN Area

Join Next Level Technician as a Low Voltage Project Manager in the Memphis, TN Area! Earn $33–$35/hr., enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all project activities, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and obstacles, updating leadership as needed
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate and manage vendors to deliver quality results and meet project deadlines
• Lead, train, and develop technicians and installers to maximize team performance and job site safety
• Ensure accurate material tracking, invoicing, and compliance with company safety policies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience (low voltage or related industry preferred)
• Industry certifications (BICSI, PMP, or manufacturer-specific certifications a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
• Experience with budgeting, billing, and operational analysis
• Additional manufacturer certifications or training are a plus
• Willingness to travel to job sites within Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee as needed
