Next Level Technician is hiring a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead structured cabling and systems integration in the Memphis, TN area. The role focuses on client communication, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision to ensure quality results.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate vendors, and maintain project documentation while advancing through BICSI-certified training. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience in low voltage or related field.
• Industry certifications (BICSI, PMP or manufacturer certifications a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for project activities with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee daily project operations, manage resources, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and update leadership as needed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate vendors to meet deadlines and quality targets.
• Lead and develop technicians to maximize performance and safety.
