Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Management Intern for Summer 2027, based primarily in Hubbard, TX, for a 10-week paid program starting June 1, 2027. The role offers site exposure, cross-site visits, and hands-on learning in major projects and PM teams.

You will assist with site setup, logistics, documentation, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely pours and adherence to schedules. Strong academic performance and field interest are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field.
• Strong academic performance is required.
• Geographic flexibility for assignments.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
• Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization.
• Willing to spend time out in the field to know the business first hand.

Responsibilities

• Work with Amrize Major Projects and PM Teams to support site preparation, mobilization, and demobilization of portable RMX batch plants.
• Track project deliverables and quantities by monitoring daily RMX production, batch cycle efficiencies, and concrete yield.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to manage just-in-time raw material logistics and mixer truck routing for continuous pours.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, logs, QC testing, plant calibration, and environmental/compliance data.
• Support daily PM activities at the portable plant to ensure timelines and goals are met.
