Qualifications

• 0 - 1 yrs of construction management experience or Bachelor's Degree in Project/Construction Management.
• Understands project scope and customer expectations.
• Understands resource and revenue planning/forecasting.
• Proficient in software scheduling tools and applications.
• High level project management process competencies (Preferred).
• PMP, DBIA, LEED certification preferred.
• Project size up to $5M / Less complex jobs.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio, MS Project, basic Windows and internet applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project management for assigned MEP projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Control change/scope creep with proper documentation and change orders.
• Oversee site safety and security procedures and project rules.
• Foster customer and subcontractor relationships; report status.
• Travel as required for projects outside the assigned geography.
