Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-erection planning and site surveys.
• Manage daily delivery logistics of precast materials to job sites.
• Collaborate with general contractors, erection subcontractors, and engineers on as-built requirements.
• Attend planning meetings to understand scope, timelines, and erection requirements.
• Identify milestones and address scheduling challenges proactively.
• Establish project guidelines including erection sequence and lifting procedures.
• Coordinate crane operations, rigging, and critical lift planning.
• Review plans with field crews and foremen; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Serve as technical resource for erection-related questions and field execution.
• Communicate scope changes that may impact cost or schedule.
• Oversee field repairs and patching activities as needed.
