Wells Concrete is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through closeout in a fast-paced setting. You will develop detailed project plans, coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, and manage scope, timelines, and costs to deliver successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel to active plant and field sites may be required.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements
• Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and changes as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize potential issues and disruptions
• Ensure proper resource allocation and availability across projects
• Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
• Forecast budgets, monitor financial performance, and address variances
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and project success
• Adapt to project changes and shifting priorities as needed
