Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in field management for large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, communicate, and develop the project team.
• Engage in developing overall project plans.
• Take ownership of project information and deliver status.
• Validate project status and recommend actions.
• Direct and align manpower resources.
• Ensure team follows defined processes.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve conflicts.
