Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project management experience or construction site supervision experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional working relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data, perform calculations, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Proficiency with computers, project tools, and standard software applications.
• Ability to clearly document and communicate project information.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address risks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
