Job summary

Premise One LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Field Superintendent to direct and oversee AV, Security, and infrastructure projects and field service work, ensuring tasks meet quality standards and deadlines.

You will lead multiple teams, coordinate with customers, review site plans, perform site surveys, and provide daily progress reports while maintaining safety and service levels. This role requires travel, high school diploma, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project supervision for AV, Security, Access Control, Infrastructure Cabling and Service Contracts/Ticketing.
• Verifiable experience leading a project team and reporting to Project Manager or customer.
• Must be self-motivated with leadership and problem-solving skills to guide teams to completion.
• Ability to communicate professionally to clients and Premise One Leadership.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects or service tickets simultaneously.
• Must have basic hand tools to perform a project.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee multiple project teams on AV, Security, and infrastructure installations and service calls.
• Lead direct reports and coordinate with Project Manager and customers.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Plan, schedule, and track project progress while maintaining quality assurance.
• Record daily work notes, photos, and communications in online tickets/timecards.
• Review site drawings/blueprints and client documents to manage all projects.
• Travel as needed for assigned customer accounts and field services.
