Job summary

Premise One is seeking a Field Superintendent in Chandler, Arizona to direct and oversee teams for project work and field service. The role requires strong leadership qualities and proven experience in customer service, along with the ability to manage multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant supervisory experience, communicate effectively with clients, and possess a High School diploma or GED. Experience with AV, Security, Access Control is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in project supervision covering AV, Security, Access Control, Infrastructure Cabling and Service Contracts.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or service tickets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee teams for project work and field services.
• Ensure successful completion of projects and service calls.
• Lead subcontractors and validate service tickets.
