Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of project support in construction recommended.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Windows experience.
• Ability to interface professionally with clients and field teams.
• Familiarity with project concepts, practices, procedures, and risks.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and time management abilities.
• Self-directed, collaborative, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, predict, and manage technical tasks for assigned projects.
• Review proposals, identify phases and milestones, and coordinate field work.
• Manage RFIs and COs; maintain rigging inspections and safety docs.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and monitor budget and costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material availability.
• Visit job sites daily and organize onsite storage and rigging needs.
