Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer (MEP) to lead project coordination on multiple commercial construction projects in Virginia. You will work with PMs and PMAs to ensure the team has the information and resources to succeed.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years in commercial construction, with strong communication and multitasking skills. On-site work with occasional site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years in a commercial construction environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate project teams and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking reports to monitor productivity and labor utilization.
• Create and maintain internal project schedules.
• Prepare submittals based on drawings, specifications, and vendor info.
• Coordinate with architect/engineer on submittals and change orders.
• Assist PM and other engineers with project close-out documents.
• Distribute contract documents to subcontractors and vendors; schedule meetings.
