Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking a Project Coordinator in Corona, CA to assist the Construction Manager and team in aerial and underground construction. The role covers field visits, administrative duties, budgeting support, and ensuring safety and quality across Southern California job sites.

Key requirements include experience in aerial/underground construction, ability to travel, strong customer service, and proficiency with software systems.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge or experience with aerial and underground construction and network operations.
• Experience managing subcontractor partners is a plus.
• Ability to travel daily with overnight stays possible.
• Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for project build process.
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize software systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID; driver’s license if driving.
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to ensure safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Drive projects through systems for final development and budgeting.
• Define labor, material, permitting and infrastructure needs for projects.
• Identify network connection points and city/county requirements.
• Manage path planning review including site photos and asset coordination.
• Support Quality Control through onsite checks and safety audits.
• Prepare and develop project packets and documentation.
• Advance project development for new opportunities.
• Manage multiple project stages and keep records updated.
• Maintain knowledge of aerial and underground assets and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer experience daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
