Job summary

KBR seeks a Deputy Field Program Manager for the FAA CTS II program to enhance training for air traffic controllers. You will assist the Program Manager and direct field contract personnel delivering program management, curriculum development, and classroom and simulation training.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of program management experience of comparable scope, a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (15 years if no degree), and prior management in an Air Traffic

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field (15 years experience acceptable in lieu of degree).
• Prior management experience in an Air Traffic Control facility or comparable environment.
