THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.

KBR is seeking a Deputy Field Program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), for the Controller Training Solutions (CTS) II program, aimed at enhancing training for air traffic controllers. This procurement involves comprehensive training and support services, including program management, curriculum development, and classroom and simulation training, essential for maintaining high safety and professionalism standards in air traffic control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager in overseeing and directing the activities of all field contract personnel providing support under this contract.

MINIMUM PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS responsible for assuming the responsibilities of the Program Manager when the Program Manager is unavailable. This individual must be available to travel to locations across the United States of America as required to support management of the CTS II program and engagement with the FAA CTS II Program Office.

Qualifications: Candidates for this position must have demonstrated experience managing a program or organization of similar scope, and complexity comparable to that anticipated under this contract. The candidate must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the management and administration of efforts of scope and complexity comparable to that anticipated under this contract. The candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the business management field, or any other area of study comparably relevant to the management of this effort, from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in the management and administration of efforts of scope and complexity comparable to this contract. The candidate must have prior management experience in an Air Traffic Control facility, or management experience comparably relevant to the management of this effort.
