Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the nationwide C-UAS Mobile Training Team, ensuring strategic oversight of training operations, instructor workforce management, curriculum development, and quality control for DoD customers.

The PM will interface with government leaders, CORs, and supported commands, while scaling resources and maintaining training readiness across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Department of Defense, military, or federal training program management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale, geographically dispersed teams.
• Active SECRET security clearance; ability to maintain clearance throughout employment.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of C-UAS Mobile Training Team operations.
• Serve as primary interface with Government leadership, Contracting Officers, CORs, and commands.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support operational and training objectives.
• Lead a geographically dispersed workforce of instructors and support personnel.
• Ensure contract performance meets requirements, metrics, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, staffing plans, risk, and program execution.
