Ruppert Landscape seeks a Field Manager to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials for landscape maintenance and snow removal operations. You will lead daily field activities, drive safety, and ensure projects meet budgets and schedules.

You’ll manage hiring, training, and development, while building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality work aligned with branch goals. The role requires a proactive, hands-on leader dedicated to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Safety‑first mindset and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to lead, manage, and develop team members.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (3 years).

Responsabilités

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities for maintenance contracts.
• Lead, hire, train, and grow team members with coaching and certification training.
• Monitor labor, budgets, production hours, and job costs to stay on track.
• Ensure work quality and timely service reports; address issues proactively.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and revenue beyond base contracts.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and renewals.
• Understand operations goals and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained and safe.
