Job summary

Landscapes by Terra is seeking a Property Care Production Manager to lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate schedules, and supervise foremen and crews. This hands-on role covers staffing, safety, quality, and client service while driving profitability and operational efficiency.

You will participate in snow removal operations, train staff, and ensure LMN and Microsoft 365 usage for field data. On-site work with seasonal demands is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of industry production or maintenance supervisory experience with a high-growth company generating $1 million or more in revenue.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with LMN and Microsoft 365, along with relevant industry technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and communicate daily and weekly schedules to foremen and crews, and ensure work orders are prepared and distributed accurately and on time.
• Monitor job hours, work quality, and contract requirements to keep services aligned with client expectations and operational goals.
• Conduct regular jobsite reviews to assess quality, safety, and cleanliness, including the condition of company equipment, vehicles, and crew uniforms.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolve service concerns and crew issues, and involve the Division Manager as needed.
• Provide timely status reports to the Division Manager, collaborate on crew efficiency and division profitability, and identify property enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure operational data, including LMN records, is entered accurately and on time, and review and approve crew timesheets daily.
• Coordinate with foremen to identify vehicle and equipment needs and support efficient field operations.
• Ensure crews follow applicable safety requirements and recommended protocols. Report incidents the same day and complete and submit incident reports.
• Train, coach, and develop foremen and crew members; conduct performance assessments and SMART goal reviews as directed.
• Partner with the Division Manager to develop internal talent, participate in interviews as directed, and foster strong employee and client relationships.
• Perform property care and client property management tasks in the field when needed to cover staffing gaps.
• Participate in scheduled meetings, including weekly production meetings.
• Participate in and support snow events, including plowing and/or spreading deicing agents. Snow event participation is required.
