• Proven production management leadership in field service, millwright, industrial, mechanical, or construction environments.
• Proficiency in job planning, labor budgeting, reading scope documents and drawings, and executing projects through field supervisors.
• Strong commitment to accountability, scorecards, and data-driven management.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, schedule, labor, quality, documentation, and customer commitments across active work.
• Review active jobs daily for manpower, progress, budgets, equipment, and material needs.
• Maintain a 6 to 8 week forward plan for upcoming work, resource conflicts, equipment, permits, travel, and capacity.
