Job summary

On Point Staffing Group is seeking a Lead Project Manager for our Industrial Wastewater Operations & Maintenance team to oversee safe operation of wastewater treatment systems and ensure profitability across multiple projects. This role reports to the operations leadership and includes supervising 6 Field Operators/Technicians.

The position requires strong regulatory knowledge, a commitment to safety, and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial wastewater operations or a related field.
• Valid wastewater license and strong technical knowledge in wastewater treatment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage projects effectively.
• Self-motivated, dependable team player with a commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation of industrial wastewater treatment systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% and compile client-facing reports.
• Manage multiple O&M projects with full P&L responsibility, including monthly reporting and invoicing.
• Lead, train, and coordinate O&M staff and manage subcontractors and vendors.
