Job summary

ODRA Road Sweepers is seeking an experienced Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training initiatives across North America. This field-based role requires expertise with road sweepers or heavy equipment, and a passion for teaching others while building strong customer relationships.

You will deliver hands-on equipment training, develop training materials, support new product launches, and travel to customer locations in the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment/training, technical training, or product support.
• Direct experience with road sweepers is strongly preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment, municipal equipment, construction equipment, or fleet operations is an asset.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage audiences in classroom and field environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; passport or travel ability across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training programs for customers, dealers, operators, mechanics, and internal teams.
• Develop training materials, presentations, videos, guides, and job aids.
• Travel to customer locations throughout North America to provide training and product support.
• Support new product launches and serve as a trusted technical resource for customers, dealers, operators and service technicians.
• Assist with trade shows, dealer meetings, and customer events; gather feedback for internal teams.
