ODRA Road Sweepers seeks a Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training initiatives across North America. This field-based role suits someone with road sweeper or heavy equipment experience who enjoys teaching and building customer relationships.

The Product Trainer delivers hands-on equipment training, develops training materials, supports launches, and serves as a trusted technical resource for customers, dealers, operators, and service technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment training, technical training, product support, or fleet maintenance.
• Direct experience with road sweepers preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, dealer, and internal training initiatives across North America.
• Develop training materials and support new product launches.
• Travel to customer locations across the United States and Canada for training and support.
• Demos, follow-ups, and hands-on operator training.
