Job summary

Coastal CAT is seeking a Product Support Specialist to act as a key customer-facing representative across the territory. The role combines customer service, technical inspection, and sales support to deliver accurate information, timely assistance, and high-quality recommendations for equipment maintenance and repairs.

You will work with PSSR, ISR, and product support teams, conducting regular field inspections and documenting activities to help grow the territory and enhance customer

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers, coworkers, vendors, and managers.
• Excellence in customer service and professional representation of Coastal CAT.
• Functional proficiency with proprietary software and technical tools (Caterpillar systems).
• Effective communication via electronic systems (Office Suite, Gmail, DBS).
• Strong organizational skills to document customer interactions and territory data.
• Technical aptitude for learning equipment components and wear parts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers with maintenance management and sale of parts and services.
• Support PSSRs and ISRs with inspections of buckets, blades, wear parts, and undercarriage components.
