Job summary

HOLT CAT in Irving, Texas is seeking a field-based Product Support Inspection Specialist to join the Machine Division (MAC). You will conduct thorough inspections, identify defects, analyze performance data, and help optimize machine efficiency to prevent downtime.

As a trusted technical expert, you will work with Major Account Representatives and Sales teams to grow the product support business, travel within the territory, and uphold HOLT's safety and quality standards while driving customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Specialized technical training and/or a degree in Business preferred.
1-3 years Caterpillar construction equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect machines (undercarriage, ground engaging tools, general machine, rebuild) and document findings.
Forecast repairs by monitoring machine conditions and performance data.
Prepare inspection reports for internal and external customers.
Prioritize and schedule inspections to meet customer needs and departmental goals.
Engage with customers to promote HOLT/CAT product offerings.
Operate with minimal supervision and adhere to safety policies.
