Job summary

M2X Energy Inc. is seeking a Process Operator to run and supervise biogas-to-methanol production systems at our Odessa, Texas site. You will monitor operations, collect data, and support field commissioning of modular biofuel plants, ensuring safety and uptime.

The role demands strong mechanical and electrical skills, familiarity with instrumentation and data acquisition, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field setting. Travel up to 50% is possible, with on-site work schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology.
• 2+ years of experience operating or maintaining industrial or laboratory equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools and diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Provide clear daily reports on operating status, findings, and issues to broader team.
• Operate industrial systems and manage methanol storage and transfer to offtake partners.
• Read and comment on operating procedures.
