M2X Energy Inc. is seeking a Process Operator in Odessa, TX to operate, monitor, and maintain biogas to methanol production systems. You will be the primary site contact, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and external stakeholders.

This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, data collection, and strict adherence to safety standards. It involves field work, SAT support, and travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial tech.
• 2+ years operating or maintaining industrial or laboratory equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools and diagnostic instruments.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and familiarity with sensors and control systems.
• Familiarity with HMI system operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and basic data analysis.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors/industrial environments.

Aufgaben

• Maximize equipment uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Provide daily reports on operating status, findings, and issues to broader team.
• Operate industrial systems; handle methanol storage and transfer to offtake partners.
• Read and understand operating procedures and provide comments.
• Collect and log data and verify equipment performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on systems.
• Assist engineers with Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and system commissioning.
• Maintain organized records of test results, calibration certs, and maintenance logs.
• Support installation and removal of test equipment at field sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized equipment support.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
