Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC is seeking a Power Systems Field Technician to diagnose issues onsite, restore operation, and commission equipment powering critical facilities. You will travel frequently, communicate clearly with customers, and document results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field service for power systems or industrial controls.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with transformers and breakers.
• Ability to travel regionally/nationally with overnight stays.
• Familiarity with SCADA, PLCs, and protective relays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues at customer sites and restore operation.
• Commission equipment and verify performance against criteria.
• Provide concise service reports and documentation.
• Explain findings to customers and ensure satisfaction.
