Job summary

You will support field and shop operations, answer application questions, and coordinate requests with customers, vendors, and technicians to keep projects moving. The role requires deep system-level knowledge of generators, switchgear, and grid tie tech, plus 1–3 years of leadership and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical role with generators and switchgear.
• 1–3 years of management or leadership experience.
• 1–3 years of client/vendor management experience.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and energized/high voltage safety.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and coordinates complex utility solutions.
• Monitors project schedules to ensure startup readiness.
• Acts as site supervisor and main interface with customer.
• Provides technical answers on Caterpillar power systems.
• Prepares safety plans and enforces safety protocols.
• Builds training for utility technicians and provides instruction.
