Job summary

You will assist utility sales with technical questions and act as the project manager coordinating customer requests, vendor scheduling, and technician availability. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a technical role with deep expertise in system-level design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of generators, switchgear, and grid support systems.
• 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
• 1-3 years of client management and/or vendor relationship management experience.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E and related standards for energized/high voltage work.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and coordinates all aspects of complex utility solutions within the Power Rent business.
• Monitors project timelines to guarantee delivery and startup readiness.
• Acts as site supervisor and primary interface with customer and partners.
• Answer technical questions related to Caterpillar power systems for engineers, contractors, sales, and service teams.
• Assists service staff with troubleshooting and product issue resolution.
