Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior poultry experience required; general knowledge of animal husbandry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with contract producers.
• Inspect farms for compliance with grower agreements.
• Follow company safety policies.
• Adhere to strict biosecurity guidelines.
• Maintain selected rodent programs.
• Draw blood and collect tissue samples per guidelines.
• Monitor bird health and communicate with the Broiler Manager.
• Perform water and spray vaccinations.
• Keep detailed flock records.
